Refunds & Returns Policy

At Happy SKN Bar, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • Due to the nature of beauty and wellness products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons
  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Subscription Orders

For subscription orders, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal. Refunds for subscription charges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 48 hours of a charge if you believe it was made in error.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@happysknbar.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
  4. Once received, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
